Our Story
A tale of saffron & fire.
Saffron is patience — a thousand flowers for a single spoon. That is how we cook: slowly, by hand, over real fire, with spices ground every morning.
We bring the karahi houses of Lahore to a room of candlelight and velvet: royal recipes, generous tables and service that remembers your name.
Discover the MenuA place for gatherings, for celebrations, for long dinners that turn into stories.

Our Journey
From one wok to a whole room.
-
2011
A single iron wok
It began with one karahi, a charcoal grill and a family recipe book carried from Lahore.
-
2015
The tandoor arrives
A clay tandoor joined the kitchen — and our naan quickly became a reason to visit on its own.
-
2019
A room to linger in
We moved into a candle-lit dining room with chandeliers, velvet booths and a private room for 24.
-
Today
50,000+ guests later
Same spices ground every morning, same fire, the same promise: every karahi cooked to order.
About Us
Our history & our table.
Fire, family and a dining room built for long evenings — everything you need to know before you visit.
Founded on a love of fire and family, this is where Lahore’s karahi tradition meets a modern dining room — generous, warm and made to linger.
— Chef Hamid, founder
The best karahi I have had outside Lahore. Smoky, fragrant and served with real ceremony — we were treated like family.
